    I was surprised as I never cooked a soup starting with a roux, especially with rice flour. But it is one of the most comforting soup I ever tasted! I love love it. A true chicken soup for the soul. To note I used 45g of butter and had 115g of chicken only, and kept the rest of the ingredients similar.
