Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I was worried I'd messed this up because I substituted kefir for half of the sour cream. The dough was wetter than it should have been and I probably should have added another tablespoon of flour or two. Still, the final loaf was very tasty. The sour cream and kefir gave it a tanginess that reminded me of sourdough.
