    Made this a couple of times with both fresh and frozen berries. Both work beautifully. If I don’t have an orange, I use lemon zest. Still adds freshness and isn’t sour.

    One of my favorite easy, healthy-ish recipes. I use fresh berries instead of frozen with great results.

    This recipe came together in just minutes, and was delicious! I served it to a small group of women, and they loved it. You need to remember to thaw the frozen berries--I just stuck them in the fridge the night before. Yum!
