    I always make this recipe when I have a lot of spinach on hand. It’s a good way to get my kids to eat greens.

    Used italian basil and it turned out seriously delicious. So far we've spread it on bread, chicken, and mixed it into beans. I'd like to experiment with other greens this winter. We freeze this in ice cube trays for later.
