    I was looking for a twist on cherry pie and boy did this deliver! The cornflake crust was crumbly so it was difficult to “slice” but didn’t really matter since it was so tasty! Brought it to a friend’s for her birthday and everyone loved it. Some adjustments: used fresh cherries instead of frozen, only had a 9 inch pie plate instead of 10 so I had enough ingredients leftover to make a mini version of the pie to keep at home. No complaints!
