Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I needed to use up some cream and found this recipe that basically only needed pantry ingredients-great! The technique of making the sauce is also interesting- basically the sauce ingredients are mixed together but not really cooked except with the heat of the pasta. But I have to admit disappointment- even with the basically raw garlic, it was quite bland and really screamed out for green vegetables. Given the calories involved, I would not make this again.

    The best tuna noodle version, ever. I use Genova Albacore in olive oil.
