Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My notes from 1994 say "light, good". I need to revisit this recipe, especially after reading the other comments!

    p. 132 - Sept 2010 - First use of this recipe. Flavours came together beautifully. Anchovy flavour is very mild, just elevates the other ingredients, particularly the tomatoes. I did decide to use fresh golden plum tomatoes vs the suggested canned. Otherwise, recipe made as set out. Would definitely make this again. Topped w some freshly shaved parmesan. k- 8.5
