    I made this for Shrove Tuesday/Pancake Day. I would say this is a weekend dish, but I had a whole day at my disposal. It was delicious, and the porcini in the filling was just the right amount. Icky spoiler alert: be sure to check your dried porcini carefully for vermin. Not pleasant, but that's nature sometimes! I used Julia Child's recipe for crepes, as I saw Marcella's ratios of ingredients were different, and Julia's always work for me. At some point I will try Marcella's.
