    This is absolutely fabulous, a company worthy dish. I've been meaning to make this for a long time, but boning the drumstick seemed to be a daunting task, but actually it wasn't that bad. I halved the recipe and it took me half an hour to bone 6 drumsticks, I'm sure it'll get faster as I get more practice. The amount of filling was just right so you can skewer closed the top of the drumsticks with toothpicks. The flour coating on the drumsticks thickens the braising wine, turning it into a wonderful sauce. Just lovely, will make again and again.
