    Can substitute red bell peppers for Romano peppers, and lemons for all or part of limes. Marinate chicken for two hours or overnight.

    delicious. The caramelised onions and peppers make for an almost sweet sauce and the marinated chicken is super tender. Definitely going to be on the regular list

    Delicious. Also good with swaps: parsley for cilantro, thyme for oregano, scotch bonnet for habanero.
