    As before, no fussiness. Oh and oregano with cheese mix too.

    LOVE this recipe. Same as previously but added garlic to cheese mix and black cumin in with nuts and seeds.

    Roasted nuts and seeds in a pan. After roasting, just roughly chopped beetroot. Used a fork for ‘whipped’ cheeses, adding a little oregano and black pepper. And, used chives, as available in the garden. Delicious accompaniment.
