    This is a really nice dish. While it has a lot of ingredients, it’s easy and straight forward. I needed an extra minute to brown the meat, and it was perfectly cooked through after 7 mins in the oven. The meat has some heat to it, and with the yogurt and tomato-onion salad, everything works wonderfully together in a pita. Edited to add: definitely best day it’s made. Had leftovers 3 days later, and everything was bland.
