    So good! Totally messed up the fresh dill, but subbed in fresh basil and mint. Fresh, herby and delicious salad. Used the suggested poach method for the shrimp, instead of grilling. Also added some blanched green beans because they were in the fridge. Husband commented on how beautiful the salad was! Great presentation and perfect summer dinner
