    I made with canned apricots and speculoos, and served to both my bf and my parents on separate occasions. The vanilla mascarpone cream is out of this world and way simpler to make than a classoc tiramisu. Absolute LOVE for this recipe, will definitely make again! Note to self to try again : for my bf I added some four spice (quatre épices) on top and he said it was a nice touch.
