    Can substitute olive oil for olive oil spray, beef mince for lamb mince, plain paprika for smoked paprika, mixed spice for ground allspice, tortillas or flatbread for pita bread, and Chinese sesame paste for tahini.

    I’ve had my eye on this recipe for a while and it was pretty good. I was able to find the brand of pita that Nagi recommends. If I was to make them again I’d make 4 pita instead of 5 and make them a bit thicker
