    Bland and somewhat dry with the 'test' method given in the recipe. The filling, however, is very good and might be good in another recipe.

    subbed bob's red mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour. worked perfectly instead of doing the cream cheese filling, i used a recipe for oatmeal cream pie filling
