Sweet and tangy cucumbers (Oh eeh muchim) from Sohn-mat: Recipes and Flavors of Korean Home Cooking (page 93) by Monica Lee

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

These are so delicious I even liked them, & I usually hate cucumbers. My husband loves cucumbers & he loved this recipe. I used almost all of a bag of mini snacking cucumbers from Costco and sliced thinly with a knife instead of a mandolin. I used the author's blended garlic with water. I usually prep ginger in a food processor & freeze it, so I used that instead of the author's blended ginger. Tasted great!
