    XtraHvy parchment: foil, dull-side down, pan goop from “Fruitcake”, parchment ppr trimmed high. 3 hrs on low / perfect. Waffle towel 4condensate: neat trick - lent cake top baked appearance. Brownie batter needs more liquid as crumb was 2dry. Not 2sweet - serve wf: cream - iced or not.
