    Nice salad. We loved the addition of the peppadew peppers. They added the perfect amount of mild pickled flavor to the salad.

    This was very good; made 1/2 recipe, used Peppadew peppers, and Syrian za'atar purchased at a spice store in Seattle. One tip: if washing the kale, use a salad spinner - I only patted dry and I thought the salad was a bit soggy. Half recipe made a perfect small bowl (side salad size) for the two of us.
