Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I like the number of suggestions she offers for adjusting this to fit with the seasons. I made it with freekeh per the suggestion in the headnote and it was hearty and delicious! Next time I’d add the lemon according to taste as my three lemons were quite juicy, and it made the dish very tart.
