Requires marinating the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight. can substitute red bell peppers for green bell peppers and chicken or turkey sausages for pork sausages, other chile paste or sauce for Tabasco sauce, canned tomatoes for fresh tomatoes, and chile powder for ground cayenne pepper.
