    This is OK as a quick weeknight meal to feed the family but really not any more than that. Admittedly I had to use regular canned diced tomatoes rather than fire-roasted but I can't imagine it would be much better with the switch. It's perfectly edible though best eaten immediately (the sauce gets absorbed in leftovers making it more boring). And this review is from someone who loves chicken tikka masala!
