    I like this recipe. Just requires time. The tomatoes were tasty on their own I used Rosemary from the garden and instead of throwing them away after roasting if finely chopped it and added it back to the pasta mix. I halved the recipe. I made it with fresh mozzarella which I used small pieces of instead of Burrata. and it was just fine.
