Accompaniments: Egg and lemon sauce 1 (Avgolemono 1) [the easiest and most common method]; Egg and lemon sauce 2 (Avgolemono 2) [a safer version]; Egg and lemon sauce 3 (Avgolemono 3) [a complicated version]
