My family's been making these brownies since the book first came out. It's a long-time favourite and always gets rave reviews from friends!

I only made the brownie and not the chocolate sauce but it was very good. I used a sugar substitute (swerve) which cooks like sugar and otherwise followed the recipe. Mine was a touch too gooey straight out of the oven so I might cook for a 5 or so minutes more next time.

2.13 Think I overcooked - mine wasn't gooey in the middle. Try again.

This is a brilliant gluten free brownies, very easy to make and everyone who eats it loves it and doesn't realise it has no flour in it. My sister is a coeliac and says it is a life saver.
