    I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs, coconut milk instead of cream, (American) tomato sauce instead of passata, baked the chicken in the sauce for the full 45 min and forgot to baste. It still turned out great. Next time I will double the chili powder (I used Kashmiri).

    Used skinless, boneless chicken thighs. This was so tasty and easy to make and will be on regular rotation.

    This was delicious and easy but could have used some spice. I’m fairly sensitive to spice but even I felt it needed a touch more. I served this with naan and rice. All in all another tasty and simple dish. Will make again.
