    Nothing special but made for a decent meal. Needed some oomph at the end of cooking, so added a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to brighten it up. Used baby spinach instead of kale, chicken andouille sausages, and added a half pound of sliced cremini mushrooms.
