Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very interesting method, boiling the pasta in teh same pan as the onions and then using some of that water to directly break in the eggs and make the sauce. This isn't the most amazing pasta recipe ever, but for something easy and above all pretty low calorei for pasta, I'd consider making it again.
