Despite the title, this dish uses small balls of cooked beaten egg. The recipe method also uses curry powder although it does not appear in the ingredients. Can substitute "Curry Powder - Tamil Muslim" recipe on P19 for curry powder, and "Extracting tamarind" recipe on P22 for store-bought prepared tamarind.
