Can substitute "Curry powder (Naidu recipe)" recipe on P18 for curry powder, "Ginger-garlic paste" recipe on P21 for store-bought ginger-garlic paste, amaranth greens or spinach for sukkan keeerai, and dried fenugreek leaves for fresh fenugreek leaves.
