    Das wird mein neues Go-to Kaiserschmarren Rezept. Der zusätzliche Sauerrahm ist genial und Seisers Methode den Schmarren nicht anbraten zu lassen, sondern gleich ins Rohr zu geben und nur bei Bedarf nachzubraten ist genial, spart einiges an Zeit.
