Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made a couple of changes which I think is why my version turned out okay but unremarkable. I used skinless chicken breasts (skipping the browning stage), plain black olives and.cooked on high for 3 hours, then shredded the meat into the sauce. The flavours were fine but lacked the punchiness I love about Greek food. I'm sure following the recipe more precisely would have led to a better dish.
