Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Notes about this recipe

I tried this recipe about a year ago and didn't like the result at the time as I thought it yielded a too wet, soft burger. However, as the recipe is fairly low in fat (which is a shocker for Nigella!) and I wanted a quick burger recipe, I decided to try it again. This time I let the uncooked patties firm up a bit in the fridge for about a half an hour before griddling while I cooked my own potato wedges. The result was still a bit too soft for my liking, but the flavour from the caramelised onions as well as soy and Worcestershire sauces made these taste very nice and served on whole wheat rolls with cheese slices they made a quick, easy version of a burger that I wouldn't mind making now and then for that quick burger fix.
