Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Couscous stuffing with dried apricots and pistachios; Rice stuffing with chorizo and hot chile peppers; Rice stuffing with almonds, raisins, and Middle Eastern spices; Wild rice dressing for game; Wild rice and porcini stuffing

    Cornish hens took much longer to cook, closer to an hour total. Not sure stuffing them was worth it either. Next time would skip stuffing and just serve on the side.
