Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Thanksgiving 2024 - an excellent vegetarian main when made with Impossible plant-based beef. Followed the recipe as written, using bread crumbs instead of rolled oats. Topped and served with the glaze from the ATK Glazed Meatloaf recipe, and broiled before baking as instructed in that recipe. This is a keeper for future Turkey-free Thanksgivings.
