Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I make this regularly. Family friendly, easy and versatile using store cupboard ingredients. Great comfort food and ideal when my son has friends round for dinner. I use chicken stock instead of vegetable but that’s just personal preference.

    This is a handy risotto as it is all store-cupboard ingredients (at least in my house). It's also one of my daughter's favorite risottos. We often serve it with grilled chicken.
