Can use cooked blue crabs or dressed crabs for the cooked crabs, can substitute dried chilli flakes for Scotch bonnet pepper, and desiccated coconut for coconut milk. Can use panko crumbs or regular breadcrumbs, and can use the all-purpose seasoning on page 239.
