    I was too busy to cook but persuaded one of my kids to, by saying there was no need to go to the shop too. This recipe fitted the ingredients we had in the house. I see he also added some chickpeas for extra protein. It smells great & tastes very good. He chose to serve it with garlic bread & who am I to argue with the cook?
