    I made this in the pressure cooker (15 mins HP, 5 mins NPR then released pressure) and it tasted great but the sugar snap peas had all but disintegrated (and were a bit stringy which didn’t help). I would use the slow cooker another time and blanch the veg separately, perhaps adding some red and green peppers strips, and stirring them in once the beef mix is done. It’s really tasty though, seconds were had!
