Can substitute yellow onions for red onions, spinach or collard greens for chard, and bulgur or quinoa for rice.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Comforting dish. Not mindblowing or anything but nice and simple to cook. edit: I've made this a few times as an easy dish while travelling and friends adored it and asked for the recipe.
