Can substitute habanero chiles for Scotch bonnet chiles. Soak dried beans in water overnight.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This recipe takes some planning ahead, but is otherwise very easy and delicious. The coconut milk was perfect in it. I found the liquid was gone and rice was done cooking after about 20 minutes (not 30 like in the recipe), so keep an eye on it as it goes.
