Can substitute garlic paste for garlic; ginger paste for ginger; vegetable oil for coconut oil; cinnamon bark or ground cinnamon for cassia bark; tomato paste for plum tomatoes; maple syrup or unrefined coconut sugar for date syrup; and oat cream, soya milk or soya cream for oat milk.
