Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a rich and easy recipe. I made it in the crockpot so I could cook it for the full 8hours and the meat was super tender when done, the gravy was thick, and the lamb's kidney was well incorporated. I did not add the potatoes but did serve the pie with steamed potatoes and baked pumpkin. I just used store bought pastry for the pie lid - next time, I'll try the homemade pastry.
