    Can substitute green cabbage for Taiwanese cabbage and chile crisp for chile oil.

    This was a winner. Everyone liked it. I was nervous about using one tablespoon of chili oil/crisp but it tempers nicely. The ginger was spicier. One guest added more chili oil to his portion because he loves super spicy food.
