Seared tuna with white bean and arugula salad from Dinner Tonight - 100 Simple Healthy Recipes for Every Night of the Week (page 18) by Alex Snodgrass

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Made this for a quick lunch with canned tuna (the suggested modification). Halved the recipe and omitted capers. This was so easy and fresh! The vinaigrette is zesty enough to keep this interesting. I added in bell peppers and could easily use whatever veggie you have in the fridge. Substitutes I made: - spinach mix - red onion instead of shallots - canned tuna in water
