    This dressing is delicious & the Aleppo spiced crispy pita "croutons" provided great crunch. I used romaine, red onions, sweet peppers, celery, grape tomatoes & grated carrot + parsley & dill for the herbs and added chopped hard boiled egg. She suggests adding Beef Shawarma if desired (recipe elsewhere in the book & I will try that idea) but this time I oven roasted then shredded a small chicken breast seasoned with za'atar to serve over top. This was an awesome dinner salad.
