Creamy Dijon penne with kielbasa from Dinner Tonight - 100 Simple Healthy Recipes for Every Night of the Week (page 88) by Alex Snodgrass

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Really great nontraditional pasta recipe. I was skeptical making a pasta with mustard, but it was delicious. I didn't have fresh tarragon so substituted dry, which was still very tasty although I'd prefer fresh. Super simple to make, a fast dinner to put together, and we had leftovers (cooking for 2 people).

We really enjoyed this quick pasta which was a perfect showcase for a lovely artisanal mustard made in Lethbridge with Alberta grown mustard seeds (Luco Farms for interested Canadians). I blistered little tomatoes with the kielbasa, used spinach & basil for the greens & added parmesan cheese. I appreciate that her recipes do not ask for huge amounts of pasta to feed a few...I typically have to scale it way back, but here it's 4 oz of dry pasta for 2 servings - yes! We are not keto or whole30 etc but we love Alex Snodgrass cookbooks!
