Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    So I kinda cheated here since I made this on the stovetop. I halved the ingredients and simmered for a little over an hour. It worked out great, I just needed to add a little extra water (maybe 1/4 cup). Flavors were good but it needed extra salt at the end. I also left the chipotle peppers whole since they would be cooked down anyways (didn't want to dirty a cutting board for it)
