    I used a mix of pestos from my freezer for the sauce (regular basil, lemon basil & one called "herbdacious" which meant adding extra lemon slowly to taste) and replaced the cauliflower with broccoli. I gave the sausages a 10 minute head start & this time we skipped the walnuts. The peppadews (or "piquante" peppers as she calls them) were a great addition, we liked the use of goat cheese and we enjoyed this simple sheet pan dinner.
