Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Really tasty dish. I happened to have Sichuan peppercorns on hand and those cannot be skipped as the chili oil is so flavorful and key to the final product. Like many of these dishes I find I need to pair it with something else to make a full meal so ended up making this alongside the bang bang shrimp lettuce wraps and had some leftovers to spare.
